I keep these ingredients as staples in my pantry so I can whip it up any time the mood strikes. Just put in the amounts you like according to your taste. This is my basic version.
1 box mini bow tie pasta, cooked according to the package
4 stalks of celery, chopped
3 8 oz pkg imitation crab and/or lobster
approx 2 cups Hellmann's/Best Foods Mayo = depends on what side of the Rockies you live on.
*Note - Miracle Whip need not apply. LOL

No tangy zip of Miracle Whip? Blasphemy! :-)
John
P.S. Some folks just can't handle that much flavor. :-)
That salad sounds like it would be divine served warm. Soften the celery in garlic butter, and maybe toss in a little pancetta. Add peas and you basically have a sort of crab/lobsta carbonara.
Just an idea,
John
Hey you, it's pretty darn good on it's own too! At least you didn't suggest BBQ sauce! ;-)
Yum! LOL at the miracle whip comment.
